Tech for the Collective
A message from Juni: This week I heard a story, one I heard many times before, from an NGO director. They hired a tech agency or a cheap freelancer. They paid and the work was never delivered. They are left with a broken CRM and a messy database. Their daily operations are taking a beating.
SyncTech has always been about helping the collective without cutting corners. Thus, throughout July and August 2026, we are opening NGO signups at our discounted rates.
We are starting with 8 spaces for monthly support, 2 spaces for tech rescue, and 1 space for a new build.
Note 1: Those numbers can change. Here is why.
- Some NGOs only need 5 hours of support a month. That means we can fit more of them.
- Some NGOs need 30 hours of support. That means we can fit fewer.
- If a third tech rescue project comes in before the monthly support slots fill up, we will pivot to take it on. It is an emergency. That shifts the available slots.
We are strict about our capacity. We refuse to overpromise and underdeliver just because we took on too much work.
Note 2: The first chat is free. Reaching out just means you want to talk. You will get a booking link to discuss your project before you commit to anything.
Final Note: The audit is mandatory. Whether we call it an assessment, a review, an audit, or scope collection, it is required and paid upfront. This is how we figure out what is actually going on with your technology and what you actually need. You will also need to give us full access to your systems to do it properly.
Monthly Tech Support & Retainers
Proactive maintenance, platform management, and a dedicated technical partner on call. We manage your tech stack so your team can focus on the people you serve.
System Rescue & Optimization
Inheriting a broken project from a previous agency? We start with a mandatory deep-dive audit to map the mess, identify the technical debt, and build a fixed-price rescue plan.
Custom Systems & New Builds
Starting from scratch? We map your executive goals, design the database architecture, and build scalable portals or CRMs that your team will actually adopt.
Our Standards Remain Absolute
While we are proud to discount our rates to help the collective, our operational boundaries and quality standards do not change. This initiative is strictly reserved for registered NGOs that align with our core values: mutual respect, transparent communication, and a commitment to technical best practices.
We do not tolerate toxic behavior, and we reserve the right to walk away from misaligned partnerships, regardless of the mission. We build for long-term stability, not quick, unethical shortcuts. If your organization shares these values, we will build systems that give you a massive operational advantage.
