Why we are doing this

We started SyncTech because we were tired of seeing businesses burned by agencies that overpromise and underdeliver. We have been the client, and we have been the rescue team. We know what happens when corners are cut, when communication breaks down, and when respect is lacking.

Our standards act as a velvet rope. The clients we want to work with will read them and respect us more. The toxic clients will read them and go find a cheaper, less principled agency. This is exactly what we want.

We do not build technical debt. If a shortcut compromises the system's integrity, we will not take it. We do things right the first time. Any suggestions to cut corners that affect the integrity of the project are firmly rejected.

We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. We do not guess. We audit. We document. We provide clear, honest assessments of system states, even when the truth is uncomfortable.

Absolute Respect & DEI

We operate a strict DEI policy. 100% no discrimination allowed. We are respectful and kind, and we expect the exact same in return. Any client behavior that does not match this standard results in immediate contract termination.

Adoption Over Deployment

A system is useless if nobody uses it. We do not just deploy software. We train teams, create visual playbooks, track adoption metrics, and ensure the client actually embraces the new way of working.

The Breakup Policy

We reserve the right to walk away from misaligned partnerships. If at any point a partnership violates our core standards, compromises the safety of the project, or breaches our respect policy, we execute a full, documented handover of all work within 48 hours and terminate the contract.

  • The Handover: All credentials, all documentation written to date, and all code/workflows in their current state.
  • The Reason: Protects our team from toxic situations, maintains our standards, and shows professionalism even in the exit process.

This termination clause is clearly stated in every contract we sign.
