We do not hide our rates behind "contact us for a quote" forms. We intentionally price below market value to generate long-term relationships, while delivering above market standards.

Our Pricing Philosophy

Standard market rates for specialized Salesforce, Automation, and Systems Architecture support range from $150 to $250 per hour, or $1,500+ per month for basic retainers.

We do not charge those rates. Our execution rates are $40/hr for Small Businesses and $30/hr for NGOs. We pair this with transparent, upfront audit and scope-collection fees.

We provide more than the market does: comprehensive training, adoption tracking, and proactive optimization. Our goal is not to get rich quick off a single client. Our goal is to survive, do excellent work, and build a roster of partners who value quality over cheap shortcuts.

Based on the audit, we provide a fixed-price proposal to fix the issues or execute the build. No hourly billing surprises. No scope creep.

3. 50/50 Milestones

Projects are delivered in two milestones. 50% is payable to start the strategy/draft phase. The final 50% is payable prior to final delivery and launch.
