SMB Build Architecture
A blank canvas requires strict architecture. We do not guess what you need. We translate your executive goals into a groomed technical backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
Step 1: Scope Collection ($400)
This is a paid discovery phase. We interview stakeholders, map dependencies, and define the technical requirements. You receive a comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) document. This document is valuable on its own, even if you choose not to proceed with the build.
Step 2: The Build ($40/hr)
Based on the scope, we provide a fixed-price proposal.
- Standard Websites: Minimum build threshold $500.
- Custom Systems (CRMs/Portals): Minimum build threshold $3,000.
All builds are executed in two milestones: 50% to start design/draft, 50% prior to launch.

NGO Build Architecture
We build systems that respect the user. Whether it is a donor management portal or a volunteer coordination database, we prioritize adoption and ease of use over complexity.
Step 1: Scope Collection ($300)
We conduct deep-dive interviews with your board and staff to map the exact operational bottlenecks. The deliverable is a technical blueprint that guides the development phase.
Step 2: The Build ($30/hr)
Execution is billed at our NGO rate.
- Standard Websites: Minimum build threshold $300.
- Custom Systems (CRMs/Portals): Minimum build threshold $2,000.
We focus on high-impact features that reduce manual data entry and improve reporting accuracy.
