Why the Scope Collection is Mandatory
A doctor does not prescribe surgery without an MRI. We do not quote a custom build or a website without a technical scope collection. Overly optimistic build requests almost always miss critical technical dependencies, resulting in massive scope creep and blown budgets.
This scope collection is the diagnostic scan. We interview your stakeholders, map your workflows, and define the exact architecture required. At the end of it, you receive a comprehensive scope document and a fixed-price proposal to execute the build. If you choose not to proceed with us, the scope document is yours to keep and hand to another developer.

5. Scope & Findings Document: We compile everything into a comprehensive report detailing the exact build requirements, prioritized using the MoSCoW method, alongside a fixed-price SOW.
