Once the audit is complete and you approve the Statement of Work, we transition to the execution phase. We do not guess. We follow the exact roadmap outlined in the findings document.

The Milestone Billing Structure
Rescue projects require strict financial boundaries. To protect against scope creep and ensure we are always aligned, we bill in two clear milestones.
Milestone 1 (Strategy & Draft): 50 percent payable upfront to begin the architecture and refactoring phase.
Milestone 2 (Implementation & Handover): The final 50 percent payable right before we hand over the completed, stabilized implementation.
