We present the findings document and a fixed-price Statement of Work for monthly support. You can approve the SOW and begin the retainer, or take the report and handle the fixes internally. There is zero obligation to continue.
Does the assessment fee go toward the monthly retainer?
No. The assessment is a standalone diagnostic product. It covers the dedicated time spent interviewing your team, auditing your systems, and writing the comprehensive report. Execution pricing is quoted separately based on the findings.
How long does the process take?
We typically complete the interviews and technical review within 3 business days of payment. The full findings document and execution proposal are delivered within 5 business days.
