Unified Business OS: Salesforce Transformation
Architected a centralized Salesforce org consolidating five siloed tools, automating client lifecycle, and delivering real‑time financials – resulting in 100% data accuracy, doubled sales, and scalable operations.
Overview
Spearheaded the complete architecture and implementation of a centralized business operating system by building a comprehensive Salesforce org from the ground up. This project consolidated disparate, siloed tools—Pipedrive, Chargeover, Stripe—into a single source of truth to drive sales, legal, and financial operations.
The Problem
- Five disconnected systems created data silos and manual reconciliation
- No unified view of client lifecycle from lead to active case
- Financial data discrepancies between sales, billing, and accounting
- Sales forecasting was impossible without reliable data
- Customer service teams lacked visibility into client status
- Manual handoffs between departments caused delays and errors
As project manager, Juni coordinated with the client’s Salesforce developers to design and deliver a solution that would eliminate these bottlenecks.
The Solution
Intake & Qualification
Pre‑screening forms and web‑to‑lead via Typeform feed directly into Salesforce, triggering internal qualification workflows.
Sales Automation
Qualified leads automatically schedule meetings via Calendly API; all activity tracked in Salesforce.
Legal Automation
PandaDoc generates dynamic representation agreements, sends for signature, and tracks status directly within Salesforce.
Financial Engine
Integration with Kulturra and Cardpointe automates billing—payment links, invoices, collections, and statements—all synced with Salesforce.
Operations Hub
Critical client and case data flows automatically into Airtable databases , leveraging the clients standing architecture and powering service teams, creating a transparent handoff.
Leadership Dashboards
Real‑time team performance and financial reporting provide actionable insights for decision‑makers.
Quantified Impact
100% drop in data discrepancies
Sales doubled year‑over‑year
- Financial data synchronization eliminated manual errors – external accountants and tax attorneys gained real‑time, accurate reporting
- Sales forecasting became possible for the first time, enabling strategic planning
- Customer service response times improved with unified client history
- Support and outreach efficiency increased through automated workflows and data visibility
- Operational transparency from lead to active case management
Estimated time savings: By eliminating manual data entry and reconciliation across five systems, the team reclaimed approximately 40–50 hours per week – equivalent to one full‑time employee.
